Application Process

Interested applicants must complete the following steps in order to become a volunteer on the 24 Hour Support and Information Line:

  1. Complete a Volunteer Application Package. You can access this application here.
  2. Once the application has been completed and returned to SACE, successful candidates will be contacted for an interview with our Volunteer Manager.
  3. Once the interview is complete, and the partnership is determined to be a good fit for both the applicant and SACE, we will invite you to participate in crisis line training.
  4. Once crisis line training is complete, all volunteers do an exit interview (including a final role-play) before volunteering on the 24-Hour Sexual Assault Support and Information Line.
